Committee Resources

The Co-Chairs kindly request that all testifying parties submit their testimony and a completed witness form directly to JCARR at least one business day prior to a scheduled meeting of the committee. Due to the high volume of potential testimony that can be received, the Co-Chairs kindly request that all in-person testimony be limited to five minutes in length.

Please submit all testimony and witness forms to JCARR1@jcarr.state.oh.us as separate PDF or Microsoft Word formatted documents.

On the day of the JCARR committee meeting, media request forms can be completed and given directly to a JCARR staff member.
